At the beginning of all stands your own domain. It's like a post box. It belongs to you, and contains later your web site. It's also the basis for your individual e-mail address. We can find available names for you and organise the place for the hosting.

If you are not happy with the service that you get from your web master, you first have to find a new one. Is he capable of maintaining your current site? Ask him. That's easier said than done. Several different software programs can create a Web site today. And they are not compatible to each other. If your Web site was created with software "A" and the new web master uses software "B", he will most likely offer you a new site, created with his software. The Web site itself belongs to you, when it's paid in full. The old web master should give you a copy. There is no copyright on "his" site, it was developed for you and paid by you.

For sure you can do that, or at least try it. It's similar to building a gearbox. Many small pieces are working together in harmony, until something breaks or has to be changed. You can try it yourself. If you do have the right tools and the knowledge, you might be successful. But there's always the risk, that the result will be total write off. And that's not what you need in your marketing.

Normally you will get your invoice 4 weeks before due date. It doesn't matter is it for your domain or for the links. If we do not hear from you, we will book and pay your domain for the next 12 months. If we still do not hear from you until 4 weeks after due date, we will disable and block the domain. It will be reachable just with a single page and a note on it. In this year the domain can't be moved. 
If the invoice for our links is not paid in time, and you will get a statement. Still no payment? Than these links will be removed 2 months after due date.

No, there is not. You will get your service whenever it's needed and you ask for it. Smaller updates, we say up to 15-20  minutes, are free of charge. But sometimes the clock stops ticking at 14 minutes. So don't be surprised when it takes us an hour and we do not charge you fore that. If it is really a bigger update, the rate per hour is N$300,- .

You can contact me whenever you feel it's needed. And if I do not pick up the phone, I might be sitting on the bike right now (or with a beer). So please drop me a mail or Whatsapp to call you back, doesn't matter is it Monday's at 10h00 or Saturdays at 16h00 . If you call on a weekend, than you have a reason and I will try to help you. That's my philosophy since I'm in this business.
